The virtual convention 2022 surely means “sip & send” as an advantage. The number of people attending was 4000 virtual. Easy to say event attendance at home eliminates travel costs. The content is on-demand and available 24-7 to make everybody feel better about signing up.

The first day sessions were mostly about shopping with our customers. a. Active listening so they like the big picture. b. Build a relationship and ask for the sale. c. Share the solutions to customer needs, especially skincare. d. Text messages about concerns and close the sale.

My notes from the early, first-day sessions are so important to refresh. LG plans for international growth. Avon continues with product innovation such as selling, the beauty company, and Face Shop products.

Avon World Class Brands- Break-through products

One session included all the new products from Avon & LG for the fourth quarter. The beautiful Avon guide walks through the room of displays and exciting Christmas decor for the upcoming season. Wonderful giftsets in great packaging of fragrance for men and women.

Rock bottom prices for products until they sell out. That’s one thing I remembered about last year’s Convention. It’s just fun to purchase $700 of products from Avon. They are fantastic, and my customers will LOVE me!

I love building a team. There are so many teams recognized at Avon’s 5 minutes of fame. I will never forget them. It was an amazing and touching show to see all the teams that traveled to San Antonio together. It was the most beautiful 5 minutes of fame that I have ever seen.
