The New Year brings a new opportunity. The good news is that there’s a fresh start in 2023.

Maybe 2022 was a breath of fresh air compared to the fire of 2020. Having survived the past two years, it’s time to think about goals. Right? Goal planning, Ha! My goals went out the window in 2020. Stay Focused

Motivate, be helpful and bring joy into life with personal goals. You can focus on building technical skills. Choose something fun and silly! Goals can be big or small, but they should be kind. Aim to be 1%^ better than you were yesterday. It’s not possible to grow an entirely new personality or become a new person overnight.

Content Calendar

If you have a content calendar for your business, you can focus on creating great content. No articles to post or when.

• Define your goals. What are you trying to accomplish with content? How do you want readers to feel?
• Decide how often to publish posts. Reflect on your best schedule in the calendar.
• Assign dates and headlines for content.

Include types of content like blog posts and videos Include themes to be covered in the content like productivity tips or social media updates.

SMART Goals

SMART goals are great for measuring success. Or great for measuring failure too. Personal goals are much softer and more fluid than professional goals. An example of swimming 20 laps once a week is a failure of the SMART goals-setting principle. If the goal’s just to swim more then it’s a win. You did not swim regularly at all.

My goal for my Avon business includes Avon’s leadership program. It’s a challenge for me to find new representatives. I need to title again in the Ambassador program soon. My Team name is Amanda. I have waited for years to change the name to a more fun and better name with Avon.
